Wine filtration using custom anti-clog spiral membranes
Jaytech Design’s single and two-stage Crossflow wine filters are fully modular and can be configured for filtration flowrates ranging from pilot plant to high-volume industrial scale.
Our systems are based on the use of vertically oriented spiral microfiltration membranes that offer a high active membrane area combined with a special spacer design that eliminates clogging.
Spiral membranes are very cost effective and robust as compared to hollow fiber membranes. All of our microfiltration membranes are suitable for high temperature sanitation, and are stable over a very wide pH range.
All of our spiral membranes are manufactured in the USA and are readily available from stock or on short lead times.
